The existing 1930's house was demolished with the exception of the
front facade.
The building was substantially extended to the side and rear to provide a larger
Hall, purpose designed Conservatory and a large Kitchen and Entrance Hall, which
includes a purpose designed oak staircase to the upper floors.
The building has five Bedrooms and four Bathrooms. The new loft was utilised to create the largest Bedroom with four purpose designed traditional dormer windows. All doors, windows and internal joinery fittings, including vanity units, cabinets and wardrobes, are purpose designed by us to create unity of the whole.
Light bounces around all spaces. Rooms on the ground floor are able to be opened up to create larger spaces for entertainment. This building sits in half an acre of land, landscaped to complement a highly serviced house for the 21st century.
