Grade II Listed Private House

Cedar Court is a Grade 2 Listed Tudor house that has undergone complete restoration.
The project included the repair of brickwork using traditional lime mortar, rewiring, re-plumbing, insulation and the design and addition of a new entrance with a leaded porch. A new kitchen with associated rooms was incorporated. The formal and informal reception rooms were completely refurbished – the Grand Hall being the most dramatic with its stained glass windows, wood panelling and carvings. The 28 bedrooms were modified to 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms to suit our Clients' requirements.
Ancillary buildings were refurbished to create 2 bedroom accommodation and a new attached double garage was added to the main house, providing a total floor area of 14,310sq ft.
The grounds of nearly an acre have been landscaped including the repair and renewal of brick retaining walls, the addition of a new stone fountain and an ornamental pool.
